Website use

By using this website you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Services

Proposals set out the scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees. Unless stated otherwise, fees exclude ad spend and VAT.

Payment

Monthly retainers are invoiced in advance and payable within 14 days. Late payments may pause work until settled.

Your responsibilities

Provide timely access to required platforms and information.
Ensure you have rights to any materials you supply to us.

Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise, you own final creative assets delivered and paid for. We may reference non-confidential work outcomes as portfolio examples.

Confidentiality

Each party will keep confidential information secret and use it only to perform agreed services, except where disclosure is required by law.

Liability

We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to fees paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

Cancellation

Either party may end a rolling monthly engagement with 30 days’ notice. Project work may be cancelled per the proposal’s terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
